Getting There

  • 1. Airport Arrival

    Fly into: Cancun International Airport (CUN) - Mexico

    > Arrival on or before Thursday October 2nd (The Bitcoin meet up starts at 5pm at Mayankita).

    > Departure on or after Sunday October 5th, 2025. (We will have the awards reception party the night before on Saturday October 4th).

  • 2. Taxi Ride

    From the airport, it's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the ferry terminal that will take you to the island. Taxis here can be quite expensive, so to avoid a steep bill, we recommend pre-booking with TBD.

  • 3. Ferry Ride

    The ferry to Isla Mujeres, Mexico departs from Puerto Juarez in Cancun and takes about 25 minutes. The ferry service runs from 8 AM to 8 PM, with departures every hour on the hour, except for 3 PM. The cost is just under $30 USD per person round trip.

  • 4. Getting to the Hotel

    After arriving on Isla Mujeres via ferry, you’ll have a short and scenic 10-minute taxi ride that will take you directly to the event location. It’s a quick and easy trip, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you make your way to the hotel.

Participant Accommodations

The Bitcoin Fit Games contestants will be staying at Mayankita, a stunning location with an adjacent hotel offering additional accommodations. The group will enjoy the comfort of beautiful hotels, each with the beach right outside their door. Picture crystal-clear waters and breathtaking scenery, all set on the picturesque Isla Mujeres. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind after an exciting day of competition, with the soothing sound of the waves and the beauty of the island right at your fingertips.
